Why explore radical self-care with me? Because “going it alone” and “ad-libbing” our wellbeing doesn’t work. It leaves us feeling empty, helples, and adrift. My history, values, and actions make me uniquely qualified to lend support to those seeking a truly meaningful, and connected life.
A meaningful life, whatever our health status, requires singular and mindful, attention–radical self-care. First we must develop the wisdom and “muscle” to resist the social, economic, and energic pressures to comply, conform, and ultimately damage our own well-being. Then we must design our own strategies to truly care for ourselves. Finally, we must implement and sustain our plans. But the pressures working against us are intense and this isn’t easy.
I am committed to supporting, educating, and assisting individuals, groups, and organizations as they embark on their own radical self-care journeys. My holistic approach allows me to see individuals as full energetic beings who must care for not only their physical bodies but also their spiritual and energetic selves. This radical self-care opens up possibilities for healthy relationships with our selves, other individuals, and a wide range of communities that can radically alter the trajectory of our lives and begin to heal our troubled world.

Explore our own unique health and well-being challenges with the support of an experience and compassionate coach. Together, using a values-based approach, you'll explore your dreams, intentions, and vision and design your own approach to living up to them.
Learn from and share with others who are on their own self-care journeys. Coaching groups are an opportunity to explore areas of your life that may otherwise be passed over, expand your circle of knowledge, and build your own self-care community around shared concerns.
With three sessions you will begin the process of exploring what health and well being means to you, and begin to design your own plan for your own self care.
You will have the chance to take a deeper dive into what really motivates your impulse towards self care. You'll have the opportunity to explore new approaches to your well-being. And, your will have the compassionate accountability many need to follow through with their intentions.
Commit to your self-care by doubling-down on your well-being. A longer commitment allows you to deeply explore many aspects of your self. You'll have the space to experiment with approaches to find out what does and doesn't work for your. And the ongoing accountability will serve as a model for you to hold yourself accountable moving forward.
