Why explore radical self-care with me? Because “going it alone”  and “ad-libbing” our wellbeing doesn’t work. It leaves us feeling empty, helples, and adrift. My history, values, and actions make me uniquely qualified to lend support to those seeking a truly meaningful, and connected life.

A meaningful life, whatever our health status, requires singular and mindful, attention–radical self-care. First we must develop the wisdom and “muscle” to resist the social, economic, and energic pressures to comply, conform, and ultimately damage our own well-being. Then we must design our own strategies to truly care for ourselves. Finally, we must implement and sustain our plans. But the pressures working against us are intense and this isn’t easy.

Without compassionate support, making changes in our lives is often a fruitless, demoralizing task. I’m here to provide that support. 

I am committed to supporting, educating, and assisting individuals, groups, and organizations as they embark on their own radical self-care journeys.  My holistic approach allows me to see individuals as full energetic beings who must care for not only their physical bodies but also their spiritual and energetic selves. This radical self-care opens up possibilities for healthy relationships with our selves, other individuals, and a wide range of communities that can radically alter the trajectory of our lives and begin to heal our troubled world.

While working with me you will be establishing your own personal plan for thriving–whatever the external conditions.

3 Sessions

With three sessions you will begin the process of exploring what health and well being means to you, and begin to design your own plan for your own self care.​

5 Sessions
$335

You will have the chance to take a deeper dive into what really motivates your impulse towards self care. You'll have the opportunity to explore new approaches to your well-being. And, your will have the compassionate accountability many need to follow through with their intentions.

9 Sessions
$562

Commit to your self-care by doubling-down on your well-being. A longer commitment allows you to deeply explore many aspects of your self. You'll have the space to experiment with approaches to find out what does and doesn't work for your. And the ongoing accountability will serve as a model for you to hold yourself accountable moving forward.

Research supports the use of health coaching to enhance health, well-being, and life satisfaction.

In Health Coaching Interventions with a Heart-Healthy Lenoir Project Client, health coaching enhanced the client’s ability to apply lifestyle change information and skills, increased accountability and focus, and helped to overcome barriers.
